The Heart Attach Connection

Why do people suffer from Heart Attacks in the Middle of the night?
Although there are many reasons for a person having heart attacks, from enlarged heart, to poor integrity of blood vessels to bad valves and other less common reasons, one of the most common heart attacks is the one they have in the middle of the night.
A lot of people think it would be difficult to prevent heart attacks or it would take a long time or it would cost a lot of money or it would be a difficult life change.
However there is a way to prevent the heart attack in the middle of the night in three easy steps.
There is a string of events that takes place which has the stomach coming up into the chest cavity.  This places the stomach between the sternum (chest bone) and the heart.   Many people who have this type of heart attach describe the sensation as being like having a person standing on your chest.  Some say if feels like an elephant sat on you and others say it feels like you have been thrown into a crusher and are being slowly crushed.  The fact is that when an abdominal organ gets into the chest cavity there is little room for normal function of the heart.  Add to this, fat in the blood stream from a recent meal which makes the red cells clump and they cannot get through the tiny capillaries in the heart muscle.  Now the muscle is cramping from lack of oxygen and when this situation occurs at midnight when the heart has the least amount of energy in the 24 hour energy cycle, you have a heart attack in the making.  There is another factor which complicates this situation and that is that when you lie down gravity causes the stomach to compress the heart.  These five influences nearly always culminate in a heart attack.
This confluence of symptoms can be avoided and also it can be corrected right at the time that the first symptoms are noticed.

Why do we have trouble digesting our food?

     One of the biggest problems we face in our culture is digesting the food we eat painlessly and effectively.  We see that a large portion of North Americans are obese while at the same time being malnourished.
People struggle with diets, drugs, exercise, expensive food programs, menu plans, and multiple types of equipment items designed to handle their problems  but many  are in the same predicament after all this effort and expense.
     There is a cause for these problems and there is an answer which makes perfect sense.
     Because of the stress caused in our feet from walking on hard surfaces, the muscles and ligaments in our feet become fatigued and stretched.   This leads to deformities in the foot and misalignment in the ankles, knees, hips, pelvis and low back.  Subsequent alignment issues in the low back lead to decreased neurological input to the abdominals, gluteals and quadriceps.   The Ileo Psoas consequently becomes contracted and too tight day and night.  The traction of the Psoas on the two leaves of the diaphragm
causes the Hiatus to open and allow the stomach to pass through and into the chest cage.  This causes the acid from the stomach to pass up into the esophagus and causes the burning sensation in the chest.   It also interferes with the function of the stomach inhibiting digestion all the while the stomach is putting pressure on the heart.   Imagine what that is causing.
     This can all be reversed by orthotics which are made directly following the structural correction of the foot when the orthotics are moulded up into the corrected boney arch of the foot.  This is a painless procedure which permanently realigns the foot, ankle, knee, hip, pelvis and low back.
When all the structures are returned to their original location, digestion of food can return to it’s original ease of function.  There will be no more pain experienced, digestion will return to normal and the person can eat normal meals and snacks and the body metabolism can return to normal.

How to make Castor Oil and Cayenne Infusion

In order to remedy any lack in lymphatic drainage, or to increase circulation in an area of the body, or to just relieve pain, tenderness, swelling and redness you can apply castor oil with cayenne infusion. This will create more fluid flow and release the build-up of lymphatic fluid. In order to make this infusion take a bottle of castor oil and fill the air space at the top of the bottle with cayenne pepper. Let the bottle sit on the shelf for a couple of days and the cayenne will filter down through the oil and form a plug on the bottom of the bottle. When the oil turns red from the cayenne it is ready to use. Do not shake this bottle as you do not want the particles of cayenne to come up into the oil. After your bath or shower and while your skin is still moist, pour an amount of oil the size of a quarter into your hands and massage it in both hands then put your hands on the area of the body you want to treat and massage gently into the tissue. This use of castor oil, which has essential fatty acids in it, allows the fatty acids to penetrate the lymphatic system. These fatty acids act like a detergent in the lymphatic system and increase the flow and the cleansing action. The cayenne in the oil increases the flow of new circulation into the area and brings with it new sources of nutrients to feed the tissues. This greatly increases healing of strain and sprain injuries and swollen tissues due to other injuries or malfunction of the bodies systems.
Also to assist your body to be balanced and normalized you can
take a massager and run it over the suture lines in the skull to create more movement of the skull bones. As you run the massager over the skull bones look for places on the skull that are tender. Spend more time on the tender areas and this will reflect in the muscle system of the body. All muscles have reflex points on the skull which are
vascular set points.

Pain and Orthotics

The Chain Reaction of Pain in your body’s Physical Alignment and How to Fix it!

When it comes to the body your physical alignment is crucial to your health. If you understand why a mechanic always suggests an “alignment” to save you hundreds, probably thousands in the long run for the longevity of your motor-vehicle, then you can understand why health wise, your physical alignment in your body is more than worth it to your life.

To feel healthy, strong and vibrant without physical pain holding you back from the things you love is the goal you want to achieve.

Just as in a motor-vehicle, when the alignment goes off or is out of whack it creates a chain reaction of problems that could have been simply avoided had the alignment been done. The tires go, the bearings go, the struts go, a total cascade of damage to your car. Well your body is no different, the chain reaction is just as devastating and worse because you feel it every-time you move your body, and quite often even when you don’t.

Here is the chain reaction to your physical alignment and what you can do about it to avoid it and fix it to increase the quality of your life, health and, just as importantly, your well being free from pain.

Foot Pain

The place where it all begins is the foot. The foot is subject to constant ongoing stresses and it is the foundation of your body’s physical alignment. It all starts here.

We walk on hard surfaces with shoes that do not fit the foot in the most ideal way.  Because of the weight being born on the foot, there is much stress and strain on the muscles, ligaments, tendons, joint surfaces and other holding elements.  This leads to reduction in the arch of the foot, otherwise known as pronation, and weakening of the holding elements.  As the arch begins to deteriorate the foot falls, lengthens and widens. Two of the three key muscles which hold the arch in the original pristine position become dysfunctional and loose their tonicity.

Example of pronation in the foot:

This allows the deformation of the foot to continue until the plantar facia reaches its maximum ability to stretch and then begins to be pulled away from the boney attachments. This stimulates a reaction in the bone whereby the bone begins to lay down calcium in the ligamentous structures (plantar faciitis). Inflammation ensues with the person experiencing painful irritation of the nerves in the area.

Pain can travel along nerves and be experienced in many different areas of the foot.  Sometimes as the tarsal bones get jammed, there can be pain on the top of the foot.

Knee Pain

The knee is supported by the structures below it and it is therefore subject to the function of the ankle and the foot. Reduced arch or pronation of the foot, which takes place in a large number of cases, is the cause of internal rotation of the ankle bone.

The joint between the leg bone and the ankle bone is shaped like a mortise joint; therefore internal rotation of the ankle bone causes internal rotation of the leg bone. As this bone rotates, the knee follows as a unit because of the ligaments on the front, sides and back of the knee.

This causes the knee joint to open on the inside and close on the outside of the joint. This creates uneven wear and tear in the joint.

 

If you were to drive your car with poor and dysfunctional alignment, you would wear all the tread off your tires. This is repairable by getting an alignment done and then you don’t wear all the tread off your tires. When the foot and ankle are out of alignment you wear away the cartilage in your knee joints, hence the need for knee replacement surgeries.

The lower back

Three key muscles in the body become turned off because of the misalignment in the foot, ankle, knee hip and pelvis. Because of the torque in the pelvis there is an interference with the nerve supply in the lumbar spine. This causes the abdominals, the gluteals and the quadriceps to function at approximately 10% of their available strength. Three other muscles take up the slack and become too tight. The ilio psoas becomes too tight and effectively holds the lumbar spine in a vice.

The diagram above shows a normal spine on the left, and a spine misaligned on the right, causing the nerve pain.

This is easily, quickly, and permanently corrected by removing the downward pressure on the posterior joints and the disc spaces by releasing the muscles which are pulling in a downward motion on these vertebrae.

How to fix it

The solution to this problem is to turn on the three muscles that travel into the foot and hold the arch up. Then we restructure the foot so that it approximates the original arch and make a pair of orthotics to fit the corrected boney arch.

The boney arch and the orthotics need to be congruent. 

In 8 out of 10 cases, the fitting of orthotics by this method removes the foot pain immediately and permanently.
